Title:	Naxos Music Library
Outage Date:	04/09/2008 -- 10:38:29 (EDT)
Description:	Access from off-campus, esp. with Macs, does not take user to Naxos but to login screen instead.
Update:	04/16/2008 -- 13:04:59 (EDT): Users are advised to clear their browser of cookies and clear their cache before entering Naxos site. Cookies may prevent user from having access, and may cause a prompt from Naxos for username and login.

Title:	MyJSTOR (JSTOR)

Description:	MyJSTOR (within JSTOR site) is not working via campus wireless network.
Update:	04/08/2008 -- 12:37:12 (EDT): JSTOR is aware of problem as is working on fixing it.

Title:	International Journal for Quality in Health Care
Outage Date:	02/22/2008 -- 12:34:41 (EDT)
Description:	We are supposed to have full text access to this journal (http://www.oup.co.uk/intqhc/contents/) from 1996 on. However, there are no full text links for the first 3 issues of 1998.

Description:	Ethnic and Racial Studies, volume 21 issue 6, 1998, is not available from either IngentaConnect or InformaWorld.
Update:	01/22/2008 -- 10:31:51 (EDT): EAU-Support has contacted IngentaConnect and InformaWorld about the missing issue. According to Ingenta: "It appears that the publisher is unable to provide this issue. This may be because they no longer have a version of the issue which can be digitized." According to InformaWorld: "Our electronic production team have got back to me, it is on their list of articles to be added, however it may well be some time before it is available online."

Description:	The links in MGetIT for this journal result in a File Not Found error.

Title:	Lexis-Nexis via Safari web-browser
Outage Date:	12/17/2007 -- 15:23:28 (EDT)
Description:	Attempts to search Lexis-Nexis Academic and other Lexis-Nexis products using the Safari web-browser on Mac OSX cause the web-browser to crash.
Update:	12/18/2007 -- 14:34:58 (EDT): EAU-Support has contacted Lexis-Nexis. They are aware of the problem with using Safari to search Lexis-Nexis and they are working on fixing it.

Title:	Journal of Cancer Education [0885-8195]
Outage Date:	12/06/2007 -- 09:20:00 (EDT)
Description:	SFX links from Journal of Cancer Education via PubMed are resulting in the error message: "Error - DOI not found."
Update:	12/06/2007 -- 13:52:44 (EDT): It appears that LEA, InformaWorld and Taylor and Francis are making some changes to their electronic journal platforms. The recent issues give the "DOI not found" message while citations for older issues take patrons to InformaWorld where the content is not available. Please use the Mirlyn record. This is affecting other titles from LEA and possibly other publishers as well (e.g. Basic and applied social psychology [0197-3533]). EAU Support has contacted the publisher and doi.org.

Title:	Ebscohost - PDFs in Safari
Outage Date:	12/04/2007 -- 14:22:00 (EDT)
Description:	Safari is not properly opening PDF files from Ebscohost databases.

Title:	Book Review Index (MGetIt)
Outage Date:	11/02/2007 -- 16:15:42 (EDT)
Description:	When searching in Book Review Index, if you click on MGetIt, links to articles in LexisNexis are not working. Links to articles in ProQuest Research Library work sporadically.
Update:	11/02/2007 -- 16:39:24 (EDT): Preliminary investigations have found spotty results. Some successes and some failures. Could be a problem with limited metadata being generated at BRI and MGetIt (SFX) not being able to target the article. Or something changed in a recent SFX update. Regardless, referring to sfx-tech group.

Description:	Spine vol. 20(12) June 1995 is missing from the list of available issues.

Title:	The Nation [0027-8378]
Outage Date:	10/10/2007 -- 09:26:16 (EDT)
Description:	(Via e-mail) Gale’s General Ref Center Gold database has incorrect bibliographic information regarding the journal The Nation. The record, although linking to the correct corresponding issues and articles, describes the magazine as a daily (it is a weekly), and the description is: “Magazine covering news in the James Bay Cree area of northern Quebec and Ontario in Canada.”
Update:	10/10/2007 -- 09:27:10 (EDT): The EA Unit has notified Gale technical support.

Title:	Online journal: Sociological Methods and Research [0049-1241]
Outage Date:	08/22/2007 -- 17:00:27 (EDT)
Description:	There are some issues missing from Sage's electronic archive of the journal Sociological Methods and Research. Specifically, Volume 4, Numbers 1 and 2 (1975).
Update:	03/03/2008 -- 12:03:43 (EDT): 11/13/2007-- 16:14:20 (EDT) : 10/30/2007-- 09:16:20 (EDT) : 10/17/2007-- 08:45:18 (EDT) : 10/04/2007-- 08:54:29 (EDT) : Per Sage: "they (Sage's pub-tech group) do indeed have the content for Sociological Methods and Research and the issues are already slated for digitization. They just haven't done it yet. When the content is available, you will have access automatically." Still not available 10/4/2007. Still not available 10/17/2007. Still not available 10/30/2007. Still not available 11/13/2007. 3/3/2008 the only missing issues now are: v.9 no.4, v.10 no.1-2.

Title:	Journal of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry [0890-8567]
Outage Date:	08/01/2007 -- 08:32:00 (EDT)
Description:	There are many missing issues for this journal through Ovid. Here are a few examples v.26 no.2,4; v.27 no.1,3,5; v.28 no.1,3,5; vol.29 no.1,2,4; vol.30 no.2,4.
Update:	10/25/2007 -- 13:30:58 (EDT): Situation remains the same with missing issues.

Title:	Cell and Tissue Research [0302-766X]
Outage Date:	07/23/2007 -- 12:06:00 (EDT)
Description:	Mirlyn says we should have this online from 1974 onwards. There is spotty full text access for 1994 and 1995 issues.
Update:	10/04/2007 -- 09:05:11 (EDT): All the full text is there but the webpage is poorly designed. For the earlier issues, each issue is listed twice. Select the second one if you want to get to the full text, the first link listed does not work. I contacted Springer about this on 7/23/2007.

Title:	Politics & Society via Sage
Outage Date:	07/13/2007 -- 10:38:18 (EDT)
Description:	(Via e-mail) A patron was accessing an article and found that it was missing most of the footnotes. The article cuts off in the middle of note 5 on page 439 and we're told that there's a 143 footnotes. Description:	Mirlyn and SearchTools records, and the Blackwell-Synergy interface, suggest we should have full text access to 1997-present, but we only have 1999-present.
Update:	03/10/2008 -- 11:07:29 (EDT): From Blackwell: "The details of this article have been passed to the Online Content Management Team who can now work to add the missing content to Blackwell Synergy as soon as possible."

Title:	Plant and Cell Physiology [0032-0781]
Outage Date:	05/21/2007 -- 12:35:00 (EDT)
Description:	Issues for 2000 are incomplete, every 1997 and 1999 issue is labeled January. Highwire has been contacted.
Update:	01/08/2008 -- 12:00:20 (EDT): Technical problem still exists.

Title:	Ultrasonic Imaging (ISSN 0161-7346)
Outage Date:	05/09/2007 -- 15:58:00 (EDT)
Description:	Elsevier ScienceDirect is missing issue 4 for vols. 5, 6, and 7. In addition, Mirlyn and SFX give different end-dates of full-text coverage.
Update:	01/08/2008 -- 11:40:19 (EDT): All three issues are still missing.

Title:	ASEE Prism
Outage Date:	03/21/2007 -- 16:34:00 (EDT)
Description:	Several issues are missing from various years. It's easiest to see which issues we can access if you go through SearchTools.
